Farewell TV Chatting!

Monday, March 30th, 2009

It is with heavy heart that I announce that I am leaving TV Chatting.  I have enjoyed working on the blog but I have always wanted to run my own site and now I am finally doing that.  I just launched Crazy4TV.com where I will be covering all of my favorites including LOST, Heroes, Grey’s Anatomy, Chuck, Fringe, The Big Bang Theory and How I Met Your Mother, among (many) others.

I’m not sure who will be taking over here at TV Chatting but be sure to show them some love when they do.

I hope you’ll come over and check out the new site and give me some feedback.

Thanks for reading!

‘Tis the Season

Monday, December 8th, 2008

293302_spooky_tv_-_ghost_static Hey TV Fans!  I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving.  I apologize for my absence over the last couple of weeks. My husband, who I normally refer to as Phone Guy, becomes Christmas Light guy for about 3 weeks every Holiday season and I have been assisting him with that. Though it usually doesn’t take up much of my time to answer a few phone calls and do the scheduling, this season has been extremely crazy.  The city paper did a feature story on him the Sunday after Thanksgiving and our business has just exploded!  I have fielded over 150 calls since the article came out and I’ve had to help with getting supplies, working out schedules, finding additional help, etc. It’s a blessing for us since other facets of our business have been slow this year, but it’s almost too much for us to handle.

So…things are slowing down a bit.  We are booked solid through the 15th and I’m ready to resume the rest of my life, including my blogs.

I am behind on so much news but I’m going to do my best to catch you up on what’s been happening out in TV Land over the last couple of weeks and, if life doesn’t get too crazy again, try to keep more on top of things as we go forward.

I’ll be back throughout the day with posts and by the end of the day we should be caught up and ready to move forward!

Thanks for sticking with me!

I Know I’m Behind…

Tuesday, November 18th, 2008

Sorry guys!  I took a few days off from writing and I know I am behind on getting you all updated.  I will be back tomorrow with all of the TVnews from the last few days.

I apologize for the lack of updates, but hopefully I’ll get all caught up by the morning and we will be back on track!

Thanks, as always, for stopping by and checking out the site.

TV Chatting Reborn

Tuesday, August 12th, 2008

981521_retro_tv Hello! My name is Debbie and I’ll be your new host for TV Chatting. Please excuse the mess while I do a little site housekeeping.  I’ll be streamlining the categories a bit and making a few other adjustments in preparation for the upcoming fall television season.

I’m a certifiable TV junkie so I can’t wait to start chatting about all of my favorite shows. I’ll try to cover as much TV as I can but I can guarantee you’ll hear a lot about my favorites - LOST, Smallville, Grey’s Anatomy, ER, Reaper, How I Met Your Mother, Big Bang Theory, Chuck, Torchwood, and The Office.  I’ll throw in a little Heroes as well (and you can find complete Heroes coverage at my other blog, Watching Heroes).

Please let me know what some of your favorite shows are so I can make sure to include them!
