Thank God Extra has new, exclusive footage of America’s most screwed up celebrity, Britney Spears.

Frankly, I thought Britney was supposed to spend the weekend at the puzzle palace in Los Angeles, but, alas, she got out and got to continue her profligate ways.

America: What a country!

Nice to see that she’s all broken up about having lost temporary custody of her kids. Perhaps she’ll be up for the 2008 Mother of The Year Award.

Britney Seen With New Boy Toy In Santa Monica

(Los Angeles – January 7, 2008) – “Extra� has obtained all new footage of Britney Spears from this weekend in Santa Barbara. The new images are the first seen of her since being released from the hospital last week. Wearing a midriff, Spears smiles and walks hand-in-hand with new boyfriend and photographer, Adnan Ghalib. The two are seen briefly stopping on the street to kiss and talk.

Yet, Britney Spears ends up with a default judgment.

I’m a lawyer. I know things happen once in a while. But this?

I guess in the bigger scheme of her crazy train life, this is probably no big thang.

BRITNEY SPEARS’ LAWSUIT DEFAULT

(Los Angeles – December 20, 2007) – “Extra� has confirmed that a default was entered against Britney Spears involving a lawsuit that was filed against her by her former manager, Johnny Wright. The clerk of the courts signed the default on December 18, 2007, according to court papers obtained by “Extra.�

“A default is hereby entered against the Defendant, Britney Spears, for failure to file an answer or responsive pleading to Plaintiff’ Complaint filed with this court on October 26, 2007, as required by Florida Rules of Civil Procedure 1.140 (a) (1) and within the time specified on the Summons.”

The papers show that Spears was personally served with the lawsuit at a medical building in the garage/valet area in Beverly Hills, California.

“This service was filmed by various tabloid and TV network photographers,” the papers state.

According to the documents, Spears never responded to the lawsuit.

GAVIN ROSSDALE ON LIFE WITH WIFE GWEN STEFANI, HIS TENNIS SKILLS

(Los Angeles – December 10, 2007) – “Extra’s� special correspondent and soon-to-be Mrs. Charlie Sheen, Brooke Mueller, caught up with rocker Gavin Rossdale at the Bank of the West Pro-Celebrity Tennis Classic which raised money for special needs and underprivileged young organizations. Rossdale talked about his son, Kingston, how he and his wife, Gwen Stefani, maintain a relatively normal family life - and his passion for tennis. Rossdale even hinted that Kingston might have a sibling soon saying, “We’ll see what happens.�

In the middle of the interview, Rossdale’s son joined him on his lap which prompted this proud father to say, “This is Kingston. This is my greatest triumph. Finally, I got something right.� Rossdale’s wife, Gwen Stefani, has earned her own rock star status but whose music does Kingston prefer? “He was on tour with Gwen…He’d come and watch the show with me with the headphones on…He’s big on drums. He likes them both,� Rossdale responded. . .

New York – November 30, 2007) – “Extra’s� AJ Calloway was on hand at Wilhemina’s 40th Anniversary celebration of fashion, beauty and style in New York City last night. Among the Wilhelmina models who strutted their stuff on the red carpet was soon to be father Gabriel Aubry. Aubry tells AJ that he is ready for the arrival of his baby with girlfriend Halle Berry, saying, “I’ve been in preparation mode for five months…I’ve read a lot of books…There’s a good one that Dr. Phil did [called] Family First. Great book. I recommend it.�

When asked what advice he can give to other fathers-to-be, Gabriel responds, “Don’t say she’s fat.�
