Iron Chef Japan is back on the air after a very long hiatus. Starting May 5th, every night of the week at 11pm you can catch classic episodes of Iron Chef Japan on Fine Living Network.For some classic Chairman Kaga lovin’ and voice over madness, plus some badass kitchen skills, nasty secret ingredients, and ridiculous techniques (check out the guy making pasta), there are some video mash-ups and preview clips of the show up on YouTube.
