NBC Rebrands Wednesday as “Crime Night”
Tuesday, October 28th, 2008
NBC is making some changes to its fall lineup, shuffling several of it’s crime dramas to Wednesdays. The new Wednesday night schedule will be Knight Rider at 8pm, Law & Order at 9pm and Life at 10pm. The new lineup premieres Nov. 5. Lipstick Jungle will move from Wednesday nights at 10 p.m., to Friday night starting Oct. 31.
NBC is also moving the premiere of upcoming reality show Mommas Boys to Dec. 16. The show will then move to Mondays at 9 p.m., taking over the Heroes slot during the show’s winter break.
This is potentially good news for Life, one of my favorite shows right now. Rating have been lower for the sophomore drama this season after it moved from Wednesdays to Fridays. I’ll be crossing my fingers that viewers will show up on Wednesdays.
