Shocking Pregnancy on Grey’s Anatomy?

Have you seen the latest ABC promo for Grey’s Anatomy?  Could be very spoilery so watch with caution (and don’t click the cut if you are avoiding spoilers):

OK now.  WTF?  Rose is pregnant!!??!!  You’ve got to be kidding me.  Well Kristin at E! Online says she knows for certain that Rose is lying. "My sources tell me that the promo posted above is just plain old pointless torture, because Rose is lying through her pretty white teeth when she tells Derek that she’s having his baby."  Phew. Thank goodness for that.

But wait…who is that laying on the backboard at the end. Derek?  I’ll say it again. You’ve got to be kidding me!! 

Check out the two hour season premiere of Grey’s Anatomy, Thursday, September 25th on ABC.
